I'm assuming with the version you're running, the one free year of Members Area access has expired for your license. You can check for sure by going to
http://www.infopop.com/members/members.php and logging in with your license number and password. If it has expired, you'll be prompted to renew your access to get the latest versions.
The cost for that renewal is $99, which gives you the most current version (6.6.1) plus any other versions we release for a year from your renewal date.
Once you've gotten the upgrade files, you can follow these steps
here for upgrading from your 5.x to the 6.x series.
