Give cetrain people different Status messages? if so how can this be done?

You mean member status', like the ones under your username on this board (Junior Member)?

If so, go to your control panel, general settings and then scroll to the Misc Options section. You can type an alternate title for the four available status' (Administrator, Moderator, Member, Junior Member).

You can also set the number of posts it takes to be promoted from Jr. Member to Member in the same section.

i figured that one out, but that's not what I was talking about, I'm a member of a UBB and the staff of teh board all have diffrent status' for example. Where Admin would be says something that was edited in the CP, and then under that there was another Status' member like "Fourm King" or something like that. I'm pretty sure its a hack but I just got into this a few days ago.

Ah yes, that would be a code hack. I'm not sure which one it is, try this one and this one. Not sure which of these two it is, but I'm sure its one of them.
