This is a reeeaaaallly basic question...

I'm setting up a IIS 4.0 web server on an NT workstation. I've been trying to implement Server Side Includes -- but unsuccessfully. I think that my problem is that SSI is not fully enabled (or was not enabled properly). Can anyone provide me with the appropriate things to check (i.e. registry settings, etc.)?
