Most permissions are incorrect. The cgi-bin directory as needs to be set with 755 (-rwxr-xr-x) permissions and all contents of the cgi-bin directory need 755 permissions. Exceptions in the cgi-bin directory are the Members directory and the 4 variable files which are already set with the correct (777) permissions.

The Members directory permissions shouldn't have been changed. Change it back to 777. Also just noticed that the variable files aren't even in the cgi-bin directory. Upload them to the cgi-bin directory in ascii and set them with 777 permissions.

I noticed the forbidden error is still coming up as well. Remove the .htaccess file from the cgi-bin directory as it might be causing a problem.

Those permissions are correct and the forbidden error is no longer coming up. I attempted to set your absolute paths, but it came up with an error that the password I was using was incorrect. Ensure that you have not edited Admin5.cgi, it has been uploaded in ascii and that it is set with 777 permissions.

In order for that username to work Admin5.cgi needs to be renamed to driverx.cgi . Please rename it. I have removed the user/pass from post for security reasons to ensure no one else can tamper with your board.
