I called my host and they said that the absolute URL to my cgi-bin is /www/yourdomain/cgi-bin

I put that into the absolute paths fields and still get the same error

"Sorry, but we couldn't find a record for the UserName you entered. Please try again.
If you are configuring your bulletin board for the first time, this is probably due to the fact that you did not set the proper variable for your CGI Directory absolute path.

Use your Back button to try again."

Is there something wrong with the scripts?? Has anyone else had this problem?

I've also tried:
/home/www/yourdomain/cgi-bin
/yourdomain/www/cgi-bin

Please don't let me give up on this.

I was able to set your paths OK using the defaults. Were you using the correct default ID/password of Admin5 and 4tugboat? They are case sensitive.

Whatever the reason for the problem, you should be able to finish the rest of the install now.
