UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support UBB Questions/Features ???

I have a couple of questions regarding UBB... I downloaded and installed the free version but...

i) I don't see any signature field for users to assign when registering... is there one somewhere?

ii) There is no LOGOUT option for the users... can I put one?

iii) Is there a way to confirm that the user is assigning a real email address (his own email address) when is registering?

iv) Can topics be expanded by default so that is visible who replied without needing to go in the topic?

v) Can unregistered users have READ-ONLY access?

thank you in advance

1) The freeware version does not include signatures.

2) There is no login/logout option in the currently released UBBs, both freeware and licensed. This is a feature of UBB6, and available in UBB5 as a hack.

3) Email verification is not available in the freeware version.

4) The UBB is a linear, not threaded board. You must enter a thread to see the posts.

5) By default, you can not post unless you have a registered username. Perhaps that's not what you're asking...
