Just finished setting up our discussion board on our site, as soon as we try to add new users we get this message.

"We are temporarily upgrading our Memberships. This process only takes a minute or two. Please try registering again in a couple of minutes. Thank you!"

Anyone know what is causing this?
And it doesn't go away after a minute or two like the message says, and I have been unable to figure out what is blocking registrations.

I guess I should also mention that it is running on a windows2000 server and unfortunately in a password protected intranet site, so can't let you look at it, which would help in this situation.
