I'd recommend using blocks of the List command rather than trying to make a list of that size.

Example
Code
HEADER
{LIST]
{*]item1
{*]item2
{/LIST]
Header
{LIST]
{*]item1
{*]item2
{/LIST]
Edit - Incorrect brackets used because code tags aren't working right.

The list tag is known not to play well with newlines and the [ b]/[ i] tags. A fix is planned in a future version, but what form it will take is yet to be determined...

*edit* Silly OpenTOpic...

Thanks Sub Zero for your help - but it didn't work. Mr. Charles Capps is there an ETA that a "fix" can be expected. It's a terrible pain the way it is setup right now.

Due to the complexities involved, this is currently scheduled for the next rewrite of the UBBCode parser, which is probably due no earlier than 6.4.

In the mean time, there has to be at least a few workarounds you can try...

Have you tried multiple lists? Or just HTML lists?

I have just tried lists - the problem seems to only be present when the "list" is larger than 700 characters. (Notice the locations to my UBB version which show a correct "list" 303 characters in legth and a messed up list at 700+ characters.

Additionally I have messed around and removed all [b],[i] etc tags. Just a list. - It does NOT fuction correctly.
