In ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=edit_my_profile, after a user submits a change to their registered email address, the following error occurs:

Can't UNlock 'CachePath/lock/profile_lock.cgi'.
The file I was operating on has gone away - perhaps it was deleted while I was working with it?
The exact error returned by the operating system is:
Bad file descriptor
» Please use your browser's back button to return.
Despite the error message, their user profile is correctly updated and a new password is sent to their new email address.
Is this a bug?
