I received a nasty email tonight from a member, who has Accept Admin Emails UNchecked, yet is still receiving emails. I verified with him that a test message does indeed go through, however, the block works fine on another one of my own accounts. So far he's the only one complaining, and this may be isolated to his account, or at least not all of them.

What should I check?

Here's what I would do:

Look at the user profile via the CP and verify that the preference is correct. If that looks good, login as the user and verify the preference. Then submit the profile page and test again.

I'm assuming that http://www.sbtontheweb.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi is the URL, and you are on 6.7.0

Correct on all counts.

Those tests were the first things I did, and it still malfunctions.

First, verify the permissions on this particular file are the same as the others in the members directory.

Download and Open up the user profile file ( /members directory/00000001.cgi replacing the 00000001 with this user's number ) and look at line 15. It should be a yes or no field.

If it doesn't match what you are seeing in the profile and the cp, you might want to consider filling out a support ticket and let Infopop Support take a look around.

This is fixed in 6.7.2.

For record keeping purposes, the fix landed in rv210.2.11.
