Many of my users have been complaining for a while now about being locked out of UBB when they make an email change in there profile and in some case any types of change to their profile. Please advice if this is a bug. Thanks

If they change their email and you have the email verification configuration on, they'll have to check their emails to get the new password (this is to prevent them from using fake email addresses)...
