I keep getting this message displayed at the top of my page:

Warning: session_save_path(): SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 32361 is not allowed to access owned by uid 0 in /home/sout24/public_html/board/ubbt.inc.php on line 112

Any ideas on how to fix it? It is really slowing things down too, I think.

Couple of things. What version are you currently running? Second would be to check and see what your session path is set to in the config file. This should be something within your ubbthreads directory. If it's a path outside of your ubbthreads installation then with safe mode being turned on the scripts won't be able to access it.
