I recently moved my boards to a new server and soemhow the contactus.php file was corrupted. When someone clicks on it it opens up a page for them to write to me. However, when they click on "submit" the e-mail never gets received in my e-mail box.

9 days and not one response. Good to know that the fine people at INFOPOP are right on top of customers concerns. And to think I re-upped for five more years of this LOL

that sounds like you have joshpets contactus.php script installed which is a hack and not part of the package from infopop...

Have you checked to make sure the email function is working, not only for internal, but also external users? Maybe sign up an account from a hotmail or yahoo temp email and make sure you get the admin emails for the signup?

Your php file might be fine, it could just be an email problem especially if you just moved to a new server.

Sorry Musky, thought I had replied to this, basically echoing what Pappy said. This isn't something in the base package, rather an addon from threadsdev.com so I'm not exactly sure what it would be. Possibly the addon needs updating.
