UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support Error w/Woodnet Forum

I'm a member of the woodnet forum and am having a recurring problem. About 4 or 5 months ago, the forum started to "hang" when I am attempting to post a response or a PM. Sometimes it will just hang when I'm trying to move between post or back to the index.

I get a "Page cannot be displayed - cannot find server or DNS error". I'm running XP and IE. The UBB version at the site is ubb.threads 6.4.4

What I have to do is hit the back button, resubmit, hit the back button resubmit, etc., etc., and eventually it goes through. I've asked for help from the admin of the site, but have got nothing. Any suggestions on what is blocking my access?

This sounds like a server error/issue; you'll have to take that up with the site owner and their webhost.

When I get that error message, it is a problem with my own isp.

Sometimes, not long after that, I lose my connection. But usually, if I just keep hitting the "go" button beside the url, eventually it goes through.
