i'd love to have a way for the admin to control how signature images operate. in short, i'd like them similar to avatars. like:

[*]only allow images smaller than X kb
[*]and no larger than X pixels by Y pixels
[*]and/or, only allow images from my server (no external URLs) that they could upload like avatars

Amen! and if the controls can be set by group, all the better!
