This is one feature from Classic I sorely miss. I'd like to have the ability to lock a user's profile. The user could still post, but could not make any changes to his/her profile.
We need this b/c some people cannot follow our simple guidelines so we need to manage the habitual offenders (ie sig files, avatar size, PM abuse).
