When a user notifies a Moderator using the Notify Moderator feature, it would be great if they could add a quick text-only blurb stating *why* they are notifying you. While some things like inappropriate language are clear, other times comments or such aren't immediatly obvious, and the warner could make a note to say why the need action taken.
