UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums General Suggestions and Feedback [6.5] Blank page after clicking 'myhome'-link

Many of my members, especially those with slower connections, started complaining about the blank page which shows for 0.5 - 2 seconds after clicking the 'my home' link.

It also 'frustrates' me a little and I would really like to get rid of it. Is there anything that can be done about this ?

Hey Rick, could this be done with a 'header("Location:' line rather than a meta refresh.... or was there a cookie issue or something doing that?

It's a cookie setting issue. On some settings, just doing a header() call doesn't set the cookie so it doesn't log you in, so it needs to give an actual page with the meta redirect for the cookie to be set.
