I'm not sure about the new mysqlless database backup.. I set one off half an hour ago, and its not even half way through.. its taking forever!

Can I suggest that we have both options ?

On many servers phpsuexec is disabled, which is required to run exec() - which is part of the old database backup.

Just an FYI. I am not as fond of the new backup as I was the old...but the new one works for me, where the old one didn't work the last month of 6.4 due to my server being phpsuexec disabled.
