When I enter forums after doing install instructions to the letter I get the above message.

I removed all hacks before upgrading.

Any clues please ???

I looked at the file and it says only use if it is a new UBB install, what if we are having this problem with a upgrade from 5.47 to 6 beta 7.

It looks as if quite a few of us are having this problem!
