Hi,

We've recently upgraded to ubb 6.7.3 and I cannot get the instant graemlins to work when you click on them in the quick reply box. I searched the archives and found one post on this problem that said it was due to Java not being enable but Java is not only working fine on my pc but has just been upgraded, yet I still cannot get them to work. BTW, they work fine in the normal reply box.

Can anyone help?

p.s. I've just noticed after posting this that they work ok with this UBB board, so it's definitely not a problem with my pc.

The problem is that you are running your UBB in frames. Using frames can cause unexpected behavior, such as what you are seeing. If you break the UBB out of the frames, it should work as expected.

Hi, I tried accessing the board directly without using the frames and it still doesn't work. The bottom of the graemlin window says 'javascript.void(0)'

you're running UBB.classic 6.7.3? this is a bug in UBB.threads 6.5.2, but i haven't seen anything similar in Classic 6.7.3.

if you can submit a support ticket, we can have a look for you...
