UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support What version? English (#!/usr/bin/perl)** or English (#!/usr/local/bin/perl)**

I am using a Windows Server. Which of the following do I need:

English (#!/usr/bin/perl)** or
English (#!/usr/local/bin/perl)**

Why doesn't it tell you this information in the "support" area that I just paid $99 to join??

Finding this all very frustrating. I'm not sure if I'm dealing with InfoPop or Groupee, I'm not sure why my board won't install, I'm not getting any immediate support....

Can someone please help? My popular board has been down for over 24 hours now, and I'm up to my neck in CGI problems, missing vars files, incorrect paths, incorrect versions and in general I've completely lost it with this software.

This should matter on a Win32 server.

The path should only matter on a Linux/Unix machine.

You're dealing with Groupee, Infopop has changed it's name (for some unknown reason) to Groupee.

Also, I believe they deal with differant support levels; I'm sure someone will always answer any inqueries when recieved however.
