I have ver 6.04e.
I recently have seen a private message that I have never seen before.
Private Message From Member That No Longer Exists (Can't Open)
This is the first time I have seen this type of message.
I have email notification turned on and I see some info that two other members were sending a message back and forth. But both of the members are current. From what I can tell the private message was never intended for me.When I try to open the private message from the link in the email I get
You are not the recipient for that private message .
I did upgrade from V5.47 to ver 6.04e and I do have one hack installed for the member list.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should do?

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the FULL URL to your ultimatebb.cgi file, (NOT a link to your webpage). What kind of ticket? From the link you posted I have a couple of options. Which from the message it says if I do not have annual support you need to purchace.

Use this one. Do not worry about the support plan. Most tickets are handled without charge. If it is a bigger deal, they will tell you about any charges before proceeding.
