UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Forums Setting Lost

After I moved my UBB from NT server(works well) to Unix server. Everything seams OK. But there are two problems happend:

1."Forum Settings" lost. when I click the URL to
open my UBB, suddenly all forums setting about category are lost. The setting to "category" becomes to "chose category". So, this leads to nothing display in my UBB first page. This problems happend randomly.

2.Another problem is, when click the category name listed in my UBB's first page, the forums belong to this category do not show up in next page, like this: http://209.235.209.108/cgi-bin/ubb-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?category=1

Before the second problem happend, I posted a thread in another forum in this UBB: http://ubbforums.infopop.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic&f=30&t=000298

I checked the settings in CP. Everthing looks OK there.

Thank you for help!

Thanks to UBB support Team, the second problem has been solved some minutes ago. Millions thanks!

But the first problem, I do not the reason.

This belongs in "UBB6 Post Installation Troubleshooting" Moving there... <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Did you properly overwrite the vars_forums file on the server with the one from the original?

Did you properly overwrite the categories.file file on the server with the one from the orginal?
