I posted this topic at the Bugs Forum, because I don't know if the problem belongs here or there.

After creating and configuring my forums, the following message appears everytime I try to access them:

Software error:
Can't locate /home/httpd/html/foros/alumnos/styles/vars_style_1 .cgi in @INC (@INC contains: /home/httpd/cgi-bin/alumnos /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at /home/httpd/cgi-bin/alumnos/ubb_forum.cgi line 12.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Content-type: text/html

I forgot to mention that the problem seems to be an additional blank space in this line:

vars_style_1 .cgi

I don't know how to correct this, or even if this is the real problem.

I really need to get these things working asap. Please help me!

When you installed your UBB, you did not upload vars_style_sets.cgi in ASCII mode.

Download that file in ASCII, then reupload it in ASCII. After doing so, go to the Style Templates area of the control panel and ensure that the assignment of each style template to each area of the UBB are correct. After doing so, be sure to hit the Submit button...!
