I am using the Portal Page and I have put up Islands on both the left side and the right side, is it looks good.

However, when I select the Forum List and then later on reading the topics, the Islands are still shown. Due to this, the space for the actual topic get rather thin.

Is there a way to show different Islands in the Portal Page and in the Forum List?
In this way I would be able to only use one or no side when showing the Forum List (and topics) and I would be able to have a wider page for the topics.

- Yes I do know that you can turn of the different sides through your own preferences, but I would like to be able to set different Islands on these two "pages".

Agreed this would be good.

Due to our site structure, we would not have a left margin on the forum pages, yet we would be able to have one on the portal.

Therefore to construct the portal separate from the forum pages would be great smile
