It's a small file locking glitch that has been patched up in 6.4.0.

The exact problem is that too many people are posting for the board to keep up with the requests. If the forum has more than a few thousand topics, now would be a good time to create an archive using the Move Topics tool. I know we've had THAT conversation before, though. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
