We have a problem from 6.6.2 version and with 6.7 version too.
When a user load a forums page some times he need to refresh page because it's loaded only 50-75%.
This is not a nice bug. How can we resolve it?
Sorry for my English <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

We'll need to have a link to your forum so that we can try to replicate the error.
Also, do you have any javascript (like banners) loading in your style settings?

I assume this is your board? http://www.forums.it/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi There's no way for UBB to simply die when sending data to the user. Are the users having this problem sitting behind a firewall, or some "privacy protection" software?

I am seeing a large amount of page errors there which woudl indicate modification of the stock UBB code, which modifications did you install?
It still loads completely for me without hassle, which OS are your users using?

I tell people to go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Security -> Internet Options -> Custom Level Button. Then look for stuff that is "disabled" that might need "enabled" Your other problem sounds familiar too - the problem with partially loaded pages. Are you using a regional language setting other that English(United States)? A client of mine has this same problem when the regional language settings are not exactly the same when you go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Regional Options. There are two settings under "General" tab that I believe need to match. "Your Locale (Location)" setting at the top should be the same general language selected below under "Language Settings". For example, our project support logs show we had a problem when users (of a non ubb site) set Your Locale=Germany and Language Settings=Western Europe and United States. The resolution was to either change Locale to "English(United States)" OR change Language Setting to "Central Europe". And we seemed to get a lot of negative feedback on that solution - seems some stuff in Windows wont work if Language Setting isnt the default (Western Europe and United States) plus international people dont seem to like seeing US dates and numbers. But the problem with partially loaded pages did go away. Hope this helps.

Andy what version of Internet Explorer are you using? (Help Menu -> About Internet Explorer)
And there are more things to check under Tools Menu -> Internet Options-> Advanced Tab. Sounds like maybe you have the option listed under "Accessibility" turned on for "Always Expand ALT text for images". Note - when testing stuff from the Advanced Tab, you often have to close your browser and reopen to get changed settings to take effect.

I had a semi related situation recently. Mine turned out to be server overload and an eventual burnout. My server was slowly failing and it was somehow not fully generating the ubb pages. My members had to hit RELOAD to see pages when they got a blank screen. Theyd often post a reply and then the screen would go white. They hit reload and they were taken to the page they expected.
Based on that you might want to check your server load (if you can). You will most likely get the errors during peak usage.
I also got these errors more when enabling the SPIDER FRIENDLY option. I have since disbaled that

Andy, do you have access to your server error logs?
Nycore, did you have it setup to use the fake html option as well as compatability mode? mine requires both on or it'll shoot out ISE's...

Told ya it wasn't your board <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> ...
Spider options are located in your cp. The area is under Primary Settings -> Advanced.
My setup on my server is: Short Spider-Friendly URL's Use Fake HTML Spider Friendly Compatabilty
They could vary, you'll just need to try until you can get it to work.

It's a hit and miss, some configurations want the spider addon to work a differant way, all depends on the configuration. For instance, I can't use the standard compatability mode because it'll give ISE's.
