Hi,

Just did a search and can't seem to find an exact match to this problem, so here goes...

There is a discussion about this problem here.

Basically, one of my board members can read his private messages only by clicking on the link to them in the notification email.

If he goes into 'my profile', he only gets the top half of the screen - i.e. 'Edit Profile', etc. The bit where 'Incoming Private Messages' should be is just blank.

I've logged in using his details and get the same. I've also rebuilt the 'Member Metadata', but to no avail.

Any help much appreciated.

This sounds like it's going to take some investigation, so I recommend you submit a support ticket for this problem.

Be sure that you include the login info for the user so that we can reproduce the problem.
