HI,

We have an existing board running 6.5 and about to be updated to 6.7.X that has been running for a while and has 7000some members.

We've decided that we no longer want to make it an option for folks to have their email viewable, so we want to set it to no as a default.

That's easy to do going forward.

How do I go back and clean up/change all the Yes to No in the member profiles that already exist? Is there some straightforward way to do this?

This is an admin option, actually - you can turn off the email address display board-wide. No user pref twiddling required.
