When a member of my board forgot his password, I accessed his file from the board and clicked on the "Send Password" button. The board came back with the following message:

"Invalid input! One or more items submitted in the form are not in the proper format." But as far as I can see, everything has been filled in correctly, and the member has been using the board.

What could be the trouble?

If you are using some sort of privacy software such as Norton Internet Security it can cause this symptom.
