How to change language in the control panel, and how can I change it in the profil of my stuff or will this be automaticly set to the browser?

you can select languages in control panel. Oly english is default available. You need to made your own languages or get languages from other user. There is a

Hopefully the language switcher will return in a future UBB7 update. Its really something I need.
