UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support Multi-forum RSS feeds in T'bird and F'fox

I created a Multi-Forum RSS feed which is causing me problems. In Firefox, if I try to open the URL in a browser I get this error:

XML Parsing Error: xml declaration not at start of external entity
Location: http://<mydomainname>/ubbthreads/cache/global_rss12.xml
Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>

When I open it in IE, I get the expected .xml file to appear. A News&RSS feed in T'bird says the feed is not valid. A 'live' Firefox bookmark fails to load. Thus far, all my problems have been, I think, self-induced but I'm not sure what I did wrong this time...

Yeah, that's been addressed in the Bugs forum a couple times -- you need to remove the top space in the rss_xml.tpl template in /templates/default/ ...

Thanks. Considering my track record, I was hesitant to open a bug report for something that could well have been my own fault.
