When I get yahoo or hotmail users. I am clicking the decline button and explaining in the reason box " Sorry,Yahoo and Hotmail addresses are not permitted." I am getting tons of email from these folks who don't understand because the board is STILL sending them a password, but of course it does not work and it says "your membership has not been approved yet". I do not knopw if they are seeing the explanation, I doubt it because when I re-explain the sutuation they seem to get it at that point and don't come back. If we could stop the password from going out in these circumstances and make sure they are seeing the explanation that would be great. Never had the problem before we changed the software.

The best way to keep them from using a yahoo or hotmail account would be to add those email domains to the banned list. That way they'll get a notice right up front that they can't register a yahoo or hotmail account.
