I have begun to encounter errors on my web-site leedschat.com all out of the blue.

When errors occur, often a good tactic is to try the maintenance functions but when you try to rebuild forum stat files, you could the following error:

I am not sure how to fix this. Could you kindly advise since this seems to have occurred through no fault of my own?

Remove the offending file and rerun the maintenance procedures.

Could you please guide me as to what is the offending file and where I might find it?

I am quite tech-savvy, but not the best!

delete this file:
/home/leedscha/public_html/chat/ubb/cache-43XNH2WB/search_index/forum1_recentmeta.cgi

and rebuild forum data

As a good rule of thumb, files are usually shown in error messages
