Abbreviated topics on topic page shown in full on mouseover?

It would be nice if the abbreviated topic title (e.g. "This is a...") would be shown in full (e.g. "This is a sample topic") on mouseover by setting the title= HTML attribute--like it was on UBB.classic.

Would also be nice to see the first 30 characters of a post when hovering over the subject in the postlist.
