I have self-registration turned OFF. When I am logged in as Administrator, is there a way I can add users myself?

No, not currently... I'm hoping for this to be added in at some point (as it was a UBB.C feature)...

This was always a very useful ubb.c feature  especially when you needed an extra username for someone
