I'd love to use the calendar to post tour dates on my site. It would be great if there where different types of evens with custom fields. For example, when adding tour dates there should be fields for date, city, venue and buy tickets link.

I'd also like to use the portal option to post upcoming dates on my home page in text... not in calendar format.

The other feature I'd like to have would be the band's history. It would be great for fans to be able to read through the history in chronological order or search for past events. It would also be nice to have a "this day in history" portal for the home page.

forgive me if i'm mistaken, but when you add an event theres a post area (comments) why not use that for extended information?

well.... cause columns would look a bit more professional. The comment field is fine for basic information but it's not a nice formatted table.

I thought it would be a nice feature.... but I guess I'll have to look at some other option if that's the best answer I get.
