Hi. I can upgrade to the version 7.0 of UBB threads if I actually use Ultimate Bulletin Board 6.04c ?

You'd upgrade to the latest UBB.Classic (6.7.3) then you'll install UBB.T7 and then run the UBB.C importer.

I would also recommend upgrading to the latest ubb.classic to benefit from any security fixes.

It's a requirement when upgrading to threads, as the importer for .T7 from .C6 requires UBB.Classic 6.7.x

indeed - my point was that even if someone is not upgrading to 7 at the moment, that they should upgrade to the latest classic version.

ahh. yes, security improvements alone would make it prudent to upgrade
