Whilst looking at pending registratons, we get these options...

Approve
Decline
Re-send Verification
No action

Is it possible to decline registration and NOT send an email to the applicant? (As it was in UBB Classic 6.7.x)

I feel that many spammers are opportunists and may register and then forget where they have been.

I don't want to remind them that they have been to my site by sending them an email.

Actually this should be clarified. It will only send an email to them if you specify a reason for declining them. If you leave it blank, no email will be sent.
