Hello guys. I'll write down all the bugs, as far as I know, in Japanese environment FYI.

• shout box freeze in typing Japanese in
• all the 'preview' function show preview in strange characters
• search function doesn't work for Japanese: find no result

Japanese can be mainly defined by 'utf-*','jis','shift-jis' & EUC-jp. Phenomenons described above occur in using 'jis','shift-jis' & EUC-jp. 'utf-*' gave me correct functionality. Japanese would like to use 'shift-jis' in many cases. After coming over this challenge, I'll upload my Japanese language pack for public share.
