I am hoping Rick can think about this and cram it into the workload for version 7.1

Avatars -- I need a bit more controls on them

Ideas:
On/Off for user uploaded avatars
If a person abuses the avatar system by uploading "bad" avatars they can be turned off. That is the upload feature for that one person is turned off.

Minimum time
Uploaded avatars enabled only after they have been a member of the forums for "X" amount of days.

Group restrictions
Uploaded avatars only enabled for selected user groups

Moderated Avatars
A system where a moderator or admin can approve an uploaded avatar

Or a Rick idea on how to secure up the Avatar system.

Why:
I run a site that gets a lot of under 18 year old visitors
I once had a picture of a naked guy uploaded as an avatar.
This can not happen to me again LOL! Now I know some of the above ideas do not address the problem but right now uploaded avatars are just on or off.

My userbase keeps requesting I turn them on but I can't without some protection even if its not a fully moderated system.
