from a user, sound familiar to anyone? this fellow has to reset his cookies to get on all the time. version 7.0.2
Just a heads up, have to reset cookies each time again. While switching to a topic, the entire border and all colored parts were gone. When I backed out of topic it went back to normal.
not complaining, just wanted to make sure you knew.

Could you find out if he's running any firewall/virus scanners, and what browser he's using?
Also, what part of Oregon are you in? hehe

Have him check to see if Spy Sweeper has any options that purge cookies; I'm thinking that it's deleting a cookie when the browser closes...
