If a topic has many pages, the page numbers in the middle are omitted and displayed as "..." on the postlist page. This link is always broken, because it contains an empty var "Post_ID" instead of "Number" for the post.

Good catch. Here's an example:
/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=262326&page=1&fpart=4
/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Post_ID=&page=11&fpart=5
(...)
/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=262326&page=1&fpart=20
