The default (yellow) style can be changed in the styles editor (Control Panel » Styles) by going thru and changing the colors.

The style used on this board, however, includes background images you'd have to edit as well, in addition to changing the color designations in the style editor.

I suggest you copy the style you want and save it as something else, then play around with it.

Just to clarify the steps a bit, in case you're unfamiliar with them...

To copy a style you'd first Create New Style and then hit the Copy button of the style you want to start with.

Then, under "Name, Images & Wrapper", you'll want to rename the style. You should now save it (Update or Add Style), then come back to it and make your changes in each of the style Properties sections.

If you need help with the hexadecimal color values (e.g., #004455), you can use a tool like this to determine the color values.

A useful tool that I use is called pixie by nattyware. If you're on another site and like a certain color it will tell you the hexadecimal color value. It's free at this link:

It's also really good for modifying colors on your forum because you find which colors have which values and then easily modify them.

what area can I change the above on my site to white. I did get the yellow changed to a couple of different blue colors.
I have never done anything like this. My boss wanted me to play with it. So sorry for being so green and thanks for your help.
