About to upgrade 7.0.2 and wondering if there will be any issues since I'm upgrading from an earlier beta. Refering to db tables. Thanks.

I would imagine that an upgrade from an earlier beta 7.* would be fine -- is that the case? BUT you may wanna do a full install/import regardless, just to be sure.... cuz betas are betas...

No, I'm upgrading from 6.5.1b4. I never upgraded to 6.5.2 because pf all the complaints about bugs, so I just kept it on the beta cause it seemed to run fine. Looking forward to installing 7.02

As far as I know, you just need to be on 6.5x - so you should be fine.
As usual backup all databases etc.
I would advise upon making a copy of your current database, and running a test import on that.
7.1 will be out fairly soon - with 7.1b5 due out maybe today to the members area - you might want to go straight to that instead of 7.0.2 as you are not a stranger to beta's - but of course it is a beta (but maybe closer to 6.5.x than 7.0.2 is)

You should be fine upgrading from anything in 6.5x to 7.x.
But a test import would be best, as a just in case.

7.1 will be out fairly soon Is there a time frame that you know of? I have several hacks that I need to redo for 7, such as my links script as well as my tides script. If it's going to be soon then maybe I'll just wait.

Were in the last beta, so only a couple of weeks at the most. That's reading between the lines. As we find more bugs they have to be tested again. P.s i converted from 6.5 --->> 7.0 On my live forum i'm still on 7.0.2b And my test forum 7.1.5b I would wait mate. Or do a convert and use the New Database as your testing forum
BOOM !! Version v7.6.1.1 People who inspire me Isaac ME Gizmo

Well, I have 7.0.2 installed on my local machine so I can work on the CSS prior to upgrading. I suppose I can be working on TLD and my tides script in the meantime to get them integrated as well so I may as well wait. Thanks.

7.1b5 is fairly stable, I wouldn't have any quarrles with saying it's stable enough for production.
7.1 final however should be out in a week or two.
