UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Moderator notification of new posts in their forum

I just upgraded from 6.72 - and now my modwerators are no longer getting notified of new posts in their forums. How do I enable this?

they will only be notified if you set the forum to be moderated.

Hmmm, forums are showing moderators but they are not being notified. Is there a setting somewhere I should be looking at?

Yes, under My Preferences, you're moderators have an option to turn email notification on/off.

I see "Notify me when a post needs to be approved in a forum I moderate. " - but we are not approving posts before they are put up. Is that still the setting to use or is there another?

Ah, ok. Basically for this, they'd just need to add that forum to their list of "Watched Forums" and then enable instant email notification.

Thank you

Sorry - forgot the watched forum option, which is of course available to all members and not just moderators.
