I have a couple of strange selections showing up on
my mood popup. Any ideas how to fix or what might be causing it.

You have FrontPage extensions installed, and they've put their virtual directory crap in your moods image directory; go delete them out of:
images/moods/default
images/moods/default_dark

You were right, strange thing on this was I had to actually delete the entire moods directory and re-load to get rid of them.
