It would be nice especially on selling sites if you could make a mailing list out of your validated members from the boards. Being able to email all members from the forums is a great tool.

Or even mailing by groups too

Seriously, exporting a mailing list as csv would be a good idea.

It's already there. Under Member Management, just search for the users you want to email, by group, etc. One of the options in the dropdown on the results screen will allow you to Email the users. You can either email them directly through the forum, or you can display the list of emails to the browser, either one per line or csv.
