Control panel message
update ubbt_USERS set USER_IS_BANNED = '' , USER_IS_UNDERAGE = 0 where USER_ID = 15

Out of range value adjusted for column 'USER_IS_BANNED' at row 1

I upgraded from 7.01 -> 7.1

This could be the same issue as your other post, please read my comment there and see if it clears up.

Modified to make sure that it always set a default value of 1 or 0 in the query.
